Free Worldwide Shipping

We are pleased to offer free standard shipping 
on every single Arxonex order worldwide. 
No minimum spend. No hidden charges. 
Free shipping is automatically applied 
at checkout on all orders.

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 
business days of being placed. You will 
receive a confirmation email as soon as 
your order has been received, followed by 
a shipping confirmation email with your 
tracking number once your order has been 
dispatched.

Please note that orders placed on weekends 
or public holidays will begin processing 
on the next available business day.

Delivery Times
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes 
between 3 and 7 business days depending 
on your location. Please allow up to 
10 business days during peak periods 
such as holidays and sale events.

Estimated delivery timeframes:

United Kingdom: 3 to 5 business days
Europe: 4 to 7 business days
United States & Canada: 5 to 7 business days
Rest of World: 5 to 10 business days

All orders are fully tracked. Your tracking 
number will be emailed to you automatically 
once your order has been dispatched. You can 
use this to monitor your delivery at any time.

Expedited Shipping
For customers who need their order sooner, 
expedited shipping is available at checkout 
for a flat rate of £4.95. Expedited orders 
are delivered within 2 to 4 business days 
once dispatched.

Lost or Delayed Orders
If your order has not arrived within the 
estimated delivery window please contact 
us at support@arxonex.com and we will 
investigate immediately. We will always 
do everything we can to ensure your order 
reaches you as quickly as possible.
